Shanghai Stock Exchange: Notice Of Soliciting Opinions On “SSE Detailed Rules For Implementation Of Margin Trading And Securities Lending (Draft For Comment On Revision In 2015)”

Upon serious study, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) has revised the “SSE Detailed Rules for Implementation of Margin Trading and Securities Lending”, in a bid to cement risk management on the business of margin trading and securities lending, propel steady growth of the business and protect investors’ legitimate rights and interests.

The “SSE Detailed Rules for Implementation of Margin Trading and Securities Lending (Draft for Comment on Revision in 2015)” (see attachment) is hereby released to solicit opinions from the market.
