Shanghai Stock Exchange: Notice of Issuing "Code of Conduct for Shareholding Increase by Listed Companies' Shareholders and Their Concerted Actors"

To better regulate the shareholding increase by listed companies' shareholders and their concerted actors, in accordance with the "Measures on Administration of Listed Companies' Acquisition" and the "SSE Stock Listing Rules", the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) hereby issues the "Code of Conduct for Shareholding Increase by Listed Companies' Shareholders and Their Concerted Actors", effective as of today. Listed companies are required to follow the Code of Conduct.
