Shanghai Stock Exchange: Notice Of Cooperation In Adjusting Stamp Duty Rate For Securities Transfer

According to the "Notice of Adjusting Stamp Duty Rate for Securities (Stock) Transfer" of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation, each party to a transfer deed on purchase, sale, inheriting and gifting of A or B shares shall be subject to a 1‰ stamp duty rate for securities (stock) transfer on or after April 24, 2008. All units concerned are requested to cooperate in related work.
