Shanghai Stock Exchange Accepts Two New Members

The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) announces today that, upon the approval of the SSE Board of Governors from June 27 to November 2, 2007, it had admitted Cinda Securities Co., Ltd. and Huarong Securities Co., Ltd. as members and cancelled the registration of membership of Northwest Securities Co., Ltd., Hantang Securities Co., Ltd. and Capital-Bridge Securities Co., Ltd.

Meanwhile, the SSE has approved that its members Fortune Securities & Brokerage Co., Ltd., Kington Securities Ltd. and Goldstate Securities Co., Ltd. change their names to Huabao Securities & Brokerage Co., Ltd., CITIC-Kington Securities Co., Ltd. and Goldstate Securities Co., Ltd., respectively.
