Shanghai International Energy Exchange has released its Circular on the Release of the Revised Guide of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for Market Maker Business as follows:
To further optimize the management of market-making business, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) has revised the Guide of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for Market Maker Business, which is hereby released and shall take effect since September 11, 2026.
Please visit the official website of INE for the Chinese version. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
