With this announcement, the transition period for Catalist companies which are under the previous SESDAQ rules will commence. These companies will have at least two years, the transition period, to engage a sponsor and adopt the Catalist rules. A review of the final deadline for the transition will be made and announced in the first half of 2009.
With effect from 5 February 2008, Catalist opens its doors to new listings under the Catalist rules.
