RTS: OTKRITIE Brokerage House JSC Became Market-Maker For IDGC Of North-West Stocks

Starting from July 28th, 2008 within the framework of the project "Exchange for Issuers" OTKRITIE Brokerage house JSC will operate on the RTS Classic Market as the market-maker for ordinary stocks of IDGC of North-West (MRKZ).
