NZX announced today, that 56% of NZX shareholders have elected to receive their dividend as Bonus Shares, with the remainder electing to take a cash dividend of 6.5 cents per share.
The cash dividend payment amounts to $3.475 million, and will be paid out on 29 April 2010.
On that date the Bonus Shares will also be allotted.
