Standard & Poor’s will remove Zhengzhou Gas Co. Ltd. (Tiker: 08099, SEDOL: 6561073) from the S&P/HKEx GEM index due to change of listing from the Growth Enterprises Market to the Main Board. The removal will become effective after the close of trading on Thursday June 28th, 2007.
