Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/ASX All Australian 50 Index effective after the close of trading on Monday, July 2, 2007:
Rinker Group Ltd. (Australia, SEDOL 6599386, GICS 15102010) will be removed from the S&P/ASX All Australian 50 Index, as a result of acceptances of the unconditional takeover offer by CEMEX passing 70%.
Please note that Rinker Group Ltd. will not be replaced in the S&P/ASX All Australian 50, which currently has an extra security as a result of Asciano Group entering the index following its recent spin-off from Toll Holdings Ltd.
