BM&FBOVESPA informs you that the Public Tender Offer for Common Shares of Redecard S.A. (RDCD3L) has been concluded. There were 298,989,137 RDCD3L common shares traded, at the price of BRL 35.00. The total financial volume of the PTO was BRL 10,464,619,795.00.
The PTO occurred to cancel the registration as a publicly-traded company of Redecard S.A. (RDCD3L), and for the firm’s consequent exit from the Novo Mercado segment of BM&FBOVESPA.
