Record Trading Volume On FORTS – 2 Million Contracts

On March 19, 2009 a new record was set on FORTS, RTS derivatives section.

By the end of the main trading session the trading volume in futures contracts on FORTS totalled 2,063,915 contracts.

The previous record was reported on February 18, 2009 when the volume of trading in futures contracts reached 1,972,134 contracts.
