On 4 August 2016, London Stock Exchange Group plc published its unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial information for the 6 month period ended 30 June 2016 (the "LSEG Half Year Results").
As a result, HLDCO123 PLC ("HoldCo") has today published a supplementary prospectus in relation to the LSEG Half Year Results (the "Supplementary Prospectus"), which supplements the prospectus published by HoldCo on 1 June 2016, as supplemented by a supplementary prospectus dated 28 July 2016, in relation to the Merger (the "Prospectus").
A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM, and will be made available, subject to certain restrictions, on HoldCo's website at www.mergerdocuments-db-lseg.com.
Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Prospectus.
