Quarterly Rebalancing For The S&P Global 100, S&P/ASX All Australian 50, S&P Asia 50, S&P Europe 350, S&P Latin America 40, S&P/Topix 150 And S&P/TSX 60 Indices

As part of the quarterly rebalancing, the shares outstanding and IWFs for several constituents of the S&P Global 100, S&P/ASX All Australian 50, S&P Asia 50, S&P Europe 350, S&P Latin America 40, S&P/Topix 150 and S&P/TSX 60 indices will be updated effective after the close of business of Friday, March 20, 2009.

With this rebalancing, we will continue the availability of the Global 1200 pro-forma file, YYYYMMDD_Pro-Forma_SPG1200_ADJCLS.ICW, within your ftp account under the domain edx.standardandpoors.com. The file will be available approximately 7:30 PM EST every day through March 20th for your convenience. The shares outstanding and IWFs within these files will be those that will be effective after the close on March 20th.

New shares outstanding and Investible Weight Factors are also available in the attached spreadsheets.
