Personalhuset AS lists its first bond issue on Oslo Børs today.
Personalhuset Staffing Group is one of Scandinavia’s largest recruitment and staffing companies.
The bond loan that is admitted to listing today – Personalhuset AS 14/19 FRN C – is an issue of NOK 375 million with a floating interest rate of 3 month NIBOR + 6.25 %, with maturity in September 2019. Pareto Securities is the manager for the issue.
