April 27, 2013 witnessed the completion of disclosure of annual reports of 2012 of the listed companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE). As scheduled, all 954 listed companies disclosed their annual reports of 2012.
On December 31, 2012, the SSE released the “Notice of Doing a Better Job for Disclosing Annual Reports of 2012 for Listed Companies” and standardized the disclosure according to the "New Annual Report Standard". During the period of disclosing the annual reports, the SSE further stipulated and guided the issues including the disclosure of annual reports and the cash dividend distribution concerned by investors in the forms such as memos on disclosure of annual reports and Q&A for information disclosure.
