Reference is made to the notice of 7 May 2018 regarding the successful placement of NOK 450 million in a new bond issue. The Registration Document and Securities Note (the "Prospectus") for the bonds dated 28 May 2018 have been approved by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority. The Prospectus is available on www.osloborsvps.no/obvps_eng/ and www.ise.ie.
The bonds will be listed on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange trading as Euronext Dublin from 1 June 2018.
Danske Bank and Pareto Securities acted as Joint Lead Managers for the bond issuance.
