Oslo Børs: Input To The Nomination Committee

An Extraordinary General Meeting in Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA will be held by the end of October 2016. On the agenda is the election of a new member of the Board of Directors, for the replacement of Harald Espedal who has been the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA and Oslo Børs ASA. 

The Nomination Committee shall propose a new Board member.

In accordance with the Norwegian code of practice for corporate governance, the Nomination Committee hereby asks for proposals or comments to its nominations.
