Oslo Børs Holding ASA And VPS Holding ASA - Merger Has Come Into Effect

The merger of Oslo Børs Holding ASA and VPS Holding ASA was registered with the Register of Business Enterprises today, 26 November, and has therefore come into effect. The share exchange will take place after the close of business today, 26 November, and Monday 26 November is therefore the last trading day for shares in VPS Holding.

With effect from 27 November, shareholders of VPS Holding will be shareholders of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA.

The ticker code for Oslo Børs VPS Holding shares in the Norwegian Securities Dealers Association Information System will be OSLO, which is the current ticker code for Oslo Børs Holding ASA. The ISIN number for shares in Oslo Børs Holding ASA, NO 001 009 6845, will continue to be the number for the new shares.

There were 25,000,000 shares outstanding in Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA before the merger. The merger involves the issue of 18,004,000 shares, bringing the total number of shares to 43,004,000 after the merger.
