Total trading volume of derivatives for the first half of fiscal year 2010 was 108,658,525 units, which reached 100 million units level for the first time. It also recorded its highest volume on a half-year basis.
Trading volume of Nikkei 225 mini for the same term was 70,154,630 units, which recorded the highest on a half-year basis.
Trading volume of Nikkei 225 Options for the same term was 24,007,008 units, which reached 20 million units level for two consecutive quarters. It also recorded its highest volume on a half-year basis.

Evening session trading volume for the first half of fiscal year 2010 was 19,821,747 units (rise of 106.7% on the same period last year), which recorded its highest volume on a half-year basis. Trading volume ratio to the morning & afternoon session was 22.9%, which reached 20% level for the first time.

Trading volume of OSE-FX in September 2010 was 620,527 units, reached 600,000 units level for the first time. It marked a record high for the second month running on a month basis.
