Osaka Securities Exchange: Modification Of Trading Qualification In Connection With The Integration Of Cash Equity Markets

In connection with the abolition of Cash Trading Qualification, JASDAQ Trading Qualification and Clearing Qualification on OSE as of July 16, 2013, in relation to the qualifications of OSE Transaction Participants, these qualifications will be abolished or remain as per attachment.

Additionally, Cash Trading Participants or JASDAQ Trading Participants who have only Cash Trading Qualification or JASDAQ Trading Qualification and do not have TSE general trading participant Qualification on the day before July 16, 2013 will be granted Trading Qualifications on TSE on July 16, 2013, subject to the condition that the financial conditions of the former Cash Trading Participants or JASDAQ Trading Participants meet the financial criteria regarding trading qualification acquisition examination of TSE.
