Osaka Securities Exchange: Implementation Of Night Session Liquidity Improvement Program For Nikkei 225 Options

Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd (OSE) will implement the liquidity improvement program for trading of Nikkei 225 Options in Night Session, for the period from August 2013 to February 2014.
This program is such that OSE asks for the cooperation of Transaction Participants designated by OSE (“Program Participants”) in providing the liquidity in Night Session (from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. the following day), expected to facilitate trading in Nikkei 225 Options in the said period.^(*)

• (*) Cooperation by Program Participants in providing the liquidity is non-binding, and it is not guaranteed that the liquidity of Nikkei 225 Options in Night Session will be improved by this program.
