ORES ALEMANIA To Start Trading In BME Scaleup On 22th July

The Board of Directors of BME Scaleup has approved the incorporation of ORES ALEMANIA next 22th July once all the documentation submitted by the company has been analyzed and studied and the favorable evaluation report of the Market Coordination and Incorporations Committee has been issued.

The Board of Directors of the company, has taken as a reference for the start of the trading of the shares a price of €1,000 per share, taking into account the valuation report made by an independent expert, which implies a total valuation of the company of €107.5 million.

The company's trading code will be “SCORE”. The Registered Advisor to the companies is VGM Advisory Partners.

The company, which is a SOCIMI, is an asset-holding company owning a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate in various locations in Germany.
