On November 12, 2010 the Board of Directors of RTS approves the list of global coordinators and bookrunners for future IPO.
The largest Russian investment banks, Troika Dialog, Renaissance Capital and Alfa-bank, as well as international bank Morgan Stanley will be acting as global coordinators and co-bookrunners of the first line.
UBS bank and ATON investment company are appointed as co-bookrunners of the second line, and Finam, ALOR, OTKRITIE, Gazprombank, OLMA, Uralsib and BCS are assigned as co-managers of the third line.
In the near future the global coordinators and bookrunners will submit proposal on terms and time-frame for IPO conducting to the RTS’s Board of Directors.
