NZX announces the appointment of Hamish Macdonald as its Company Secretary, effective immediately.
Hamish joined NZX in July 2013 and is NZX’s General Counsel. He will take on the Company Secretary responsibilities in addition to his existing responsibility for corporate legal and regulatory policy activities.
