NZX today announces the appointment of Robyn Dey as Acting Corporate Counsel. Robyn is providing parental leave cover for NZX Corporate Counsel Rachael Newsome.
Robyn has been a Senior Solicitor at NZX since March 2006, and prior to that served on secondment as NZX Corporate Counsel in 2004.
She is a Director of NZ Clearing Coproration, and has extensive experience as a commercial lawyer, primarily in the areas of capital raising, company and securities law.
