NZX Advises Timing Of Business Review Results

As advised in its 2005 Annual Results announcement on 17 February 2006, NZX ( New Zealand Exchange Limited) is carrying out three strategic reviews, as part of its drive toward continuous business improvement and supporting the strength and creditability of New Zealand capital markets.

The results of the first of these reviews, on pricing of services to issuers, will be released early in April.

The results of the review of NZX's market supervision strategy will be presented in mid June, and the NZAX market review will be concluded, and results presented, in August.
