The NZX Board has determined that NZX Limited will pay a dividend of 25 cents per share, fully imputed, for the year ending 31 December 2008. The dividend payment will occur on May 15, 2009.
NZX will re-institute the Distribution Plan (offered in 2007 but not 2008) under which shareholders are provided with bonus shares, with the option for NZX to purchase these shares for cash.
Details of the Distribution Plan will be announced on 30 March, 2009.
