NZ Farming Systems Uruguay Limited has completed a successful capital raising of $110 million which will be used to expand the company's farming operations in Uruguay.
NZX Products Group Manager, Geoff Brown said, “The strong demand for this offer shows there is serious investor appetite for rural sector investments. This listing gives investors an opportunity to gain exposure to the rural sector, an important part of our economy that is currently under-represented in the New Zealand market.”
Shares in NZ Farming Systems Uruguay Limited were quoted on the NZSX Market under the security code NZS from 11am today.
