NYSE Group, Inc. (NYSE:NYX) will announce earnings for the 2006 fourth-quarter, ended Dec. 31, 2006, before the market open on Fri., Feb. 2, 2007.  A news release will be issued at approximately 8:00 a.m. and a conference call with remarks by NYSE Group senior management will begin at 8:30 a.m. (ET).
