NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced the implementation of an online ‘screener’ for Exchange Traded Products on its US and European markets, enabling users to conveniently search for Exchange Traded Funds- and Notes, Warrants and Certificates by classification, key word, symbol and other search terms.
The product ‘screener’ on NYSE Arca, NYSE Euronext’s wholly-owned U.S.electronic market, allows users of the Exchange’s website to search for an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) or an Exchange Traded Note (ETN) by keyword or symbol, or filter by issuer and classification. The European product ‘screener’ brings clarity to investors searching online for warrants and certificates on NYSE Euronext’s European warrants and certificates markets, where over 17,000 products are tradable at any time. The European product screener enables users to identify the products according to their profit and loss characteristics within the broad Structured Products landscape, classifying products by risk level.

The product screener on NYSE Arca is designed to be fast, simple and user-friendly. It is available free of charge to users of the Exchange’s website, where users can scan and observe NYSE Arca-listed Exchange Traded Products as well as those that trade on NYSE Arca on an Unlisted Trading Privilege (UTP) basis. The European product screener offers similar functionalities to search Warrants and Certificates listed and trade on NYSE Eurone, while classifying products by risk level, as a tool to identify the products according to their profit and loss characteristics, enables investors to invest on products that best suit their market scenario.
