Euronext Brussels announces the admission of a first series of warrants on its new market created to that effect, Easynext. At a first stage, more than 300 warrants issued by Commerzbank will be admitted from Thursday, 29 May.
Easynext is a ‘Multilateral Trading Facility’, or MTF, i.e. a non regulated market within the meaning of the MiFID directive, but regulated by Euronext Brussels. This market aims at allowing issuers to have warrants or certificates listed with or without a prospectus, thus accelerating the listing procedure at a lower cost.
