NYSE Euronext would like to announce the following.
After close of the markets on Friday 16 March 2012, the annual reweighting will take place of the AEX®, the AMX® and the AScX®. Below you will find the changes in the composition of these indices as from Monday March 19, 2012.
The AEX:
- There are no changes.
The AMX:
- Nieuwe Steen Investments N.V. and Koninklijke Wessanen N.V. will be included
- Ordina N.V. and Pharming Group N.V. will be excluded
The AScX:
- Ordina N.V., Pharming Group N.V., DOC DATA N.V. and RoodMicrotec N.V. will be included
- Nieuwe Steen Investments N.V., Koninklijke Wessanen N.V., Telegraaf Media Groep N.V. and
Fornix BioSciences N.V. will be excluded
The compiler of the indices retains the right to change the published selection above in connection with any mergers, takeovers, suspension or resumption of trading during the period before the effective date of the annual review.
