NYSE Arca Options Introduces The Industry’s Highest Rebate For “Tier 1” Penny Pilot Securities

NYSE Arca Options, a subsidiary of NYSE Euronext (NYX), today announced new transaction pricing for “Tier 1” securities trading in the SEC Penny Pilot, pending SEC approval.  The updated pricing schedule features the options industry’s highest rebate for orders posted in Tier 1 issues while maintaining a highly competitive take fee for all market participants on NYSE Arca Options.

New Pricing for “Tier 1” Securities:

As required, NYSE Arca Options proposed this revised pricing in two separate filings, one of which was effective on filing while the other is pending SEC approval.   NYSE Arca Options will implement the new schedule upon SEC approval.
