NYSE Arca Begins Listing And Trading Of Options With Quarterly Expirations

NYSE Arca, (formerly known as the Pacific Exchange) today initiated the listing and trading of quarterly options in the following five Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs):

  • Diamonds Trust Series (DIA)
  • Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLE)
  • iShares Russell 200 Index Fund (IWM)
  • Nasdaq 100 Trust (QQQQ)
  • Standard & Poors Depository Receipts (SPY)

Under a one-year pilot program, these options will trade with quarterly expirations dates in March, June, September and December, expiring on the last business day of each respective month.
