We are pleased to announce that Novitas Partners LLP (Novitas) and AlfaSec Advisors Pte Ltd (AlfaSec) have formed a strategic alliance to provide enhanced Corporate Finance Services. The partnership will offer Corporate Finance Services based in Asia, add improved access to Asia for European clients as well as improved access to Europe for Asian clients.
This is a unique alliance bringing together the corporate finance expertise of Novitas with its offices in London, Luxembourg, Dublin and Cape Town with industry expertise of AlfaSec, based in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Novitas and AlfaSec have deep financial services experience and a powerful network dedicated to support clients in the sector. Both firms are highly specialized in these sectors and the partnership creates a unique coverage model for clients to explore their options for regional and product expansion.
