Notice On Soliciting Opinions On The “Detailed Rules Of Dalian Commodity Exchange For Implementing Program Trading Management (Draft)”

In order to implement the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission in the “Measures for Program Trading Management of the Securities and Futures Market (Draft)”, standardize the program trading behaviors, maintain the order of the futures market, and protect investors' legitimate rights and interests, DCE has drawn up the “Detailed Rules of Dalian Commodity Exchange for Implementing Program Trading Management (Draft)”, and is now publicly soliciting opinions from the market and the relevant market players. Please send your opinions or suggestions to DCE in written form or via E-mail before November 8, 2015.
