As previously announced, NZX Limited ("NZX") will hold its 2013 Annual Meeting of shareholders on 3 May 2013. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting in due course.
For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5, NZX advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, 18 March 2013. The closing date for nominations for directors will be 4 April 2013. All nominations must be received by 5 pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by the shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting. Nominations should be addressed to:
