It was a four-day trading week as the Federal Government of Nigeria declared Monday 12th of December, 2016 as Public Holiday in commemoration of the Eid-el-Maulud Celebration.
Meanwhile, a turnover of 1.656 billion shares worth N12.580 billion in 12,860 deals were traded this week by investors on the floor of the Exchange in contrast to a total of 894.759 million shares valued at N10.629 billion that exchanged hands last week in 13,418 deals.
