The new website of the NewConnect market http://www.newconnect.eu was launched on 2 June. Alongside the dynamic development of the market, joined by 53 issuers which raised close to PLN 250 million of equity within only 9 months, we develop and improve the NewConnect online service as a source of information as well as an active tool of communication for all market participants.
The new NewConnect website has 7 main sections: Quotations, Investors, Companies, Authorised Advisers, Market Members, Regulations, and Statistics. The home page provides up-to-date market data, tracks the NCIndex, and brings recent reports from companies and the NewConnect market.
The website offers improved communication between issuers and investors: its home page features centrally displayed NewConnect data and EBI issuer reports. The website also features a Companies section with a user-friendly and visually attractive browser mechanism. Each company has a dedicated subpage featuring quotations, charts, contact data, IPO reports, and EBI/ESPI issuer reports. In addition, all NC IPO reports (text and video) are available in one section.
Quotations are presented in two formats: abridged and extended. Up to three charts can be superimposed, including the NCIndex chart. As a result, one chart can be used to compare the performance of up to three selected instruments.
Investors and NewConnect issuers get access to information about upcoming training sessions and seminars as well as reports and documents of past conferences.
The website offers an advanced browser covering information from http://www.newconnect.eu and all data of NewConnect issuers available from http://www.WSEInfoSpace.eu . The website architecture supports browsing through all content including Resolutions and Communiqués. A special browser sorts companies by region, name, or sector. The Authorised Advisers section offers a convenient browser mechanism which sorts advisors by region or other criteria; navigation is facilitated by a map. The presentation of market members has improved transparency.
The NewConnect market has 53 issuers and a growing investor base including both individuals and institutions from Poland and other countries. NewConnect is a group of over 120 Authorised Advisors and 24 brokerage houses which are NewConnect market members.
