The New York State Department of Financial Services (“the Department”) is accepting applications from firms interested in serving as the independent consultant for Deutsche Bank AG, Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas (collectively, “Deutsche Bank” or “the Bank”), pursuant to paragraphs 30 through 40 of the Department’s November 3, 2015 Consent Order.
Applicants are hereby directed to submit a brief statement of interest, an Independent Monitor Application, which requires a description of the applicant’s business, the applicant’s personnel and conflict information, a summary of relevant qualifications and experience, and any additional pertinent information, the total of which is not to exceed 10 pages, either by e-mail to mari.dopp@dfs.ny.gov or in hard copy to:

Applicants must complete the Department’s Conflicts Disclosure Questionnaire (Appendix A of the Independent Monitor Application) by responding to each and every question contained therein, with regards to Deutsche Bank and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
All application materials must be received by no later than the close of business on Monday, November 30, 2015.
