IPOPEMA S.A.
On August 23, 2006, the WSE Supervisory Bard conditionally admitted the Brokerage House IPOPEMA S.A. The WSE Management Board needs to make sure if it is organizationally and technically prepared for safe trading of financial instruments listed on the WSE.
The brokerage house IPOPEMA S.A. was established in March, 2005. In June, 2005, the company was admitted by the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission to brokerage activity.
The brokerage house IPOPEMA S.A. is a dependent part of the IPOPEMA S.A. Investment Company.
The activity of the company was so far mostly concentrated on proceeding public offers.
Taking into consideration IPOPEMA S.A. and the Estonian investment company AS SUPREMA SECURITIES- admitted also on August, 23- there are 25 local and 10 remote members of the WSE.

SUPEREMA
The Estonian investment company AS SUPREMA SECURITIES has become the 10th remote member of the WSE. The decision was taken by the WSE Supervisory Board on August 23, 2006. The remote membership is an opportunity for foreign brokers to have a direct access to the WSE system without their physical presence in Poland.
AS SUPREMA SECURITIES was established in 1997 and is one of the leaders in investment banking sector in Baltic countries: Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The company is also present on the Polish market through its dependent firm, Suprema Securities S.A.
AS SUPREMA is one of the biggest Baltic brokers. The firm underlines its experience in the field of public offering and privatisation in the region.
