New Members Appointed To The NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal

NZX has appointed Noeline Munro and Jo Appleyard to the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal (NZMDT) for a three-year term. 

The Financial Markets Authority has confirmed their appointments. 

Noeline Munro is a Senior Investment Advisor with Craigs Investment Partners in Dunedin. 
She has been an NZX Investment Advisor since 1993 and also has significant directorship experience. Noeline has been appointed as a representative of Market Participants on the NZMDT. 

Jo Appleyard is a Director of Ryman Healthcare Limited and a Partner at Chapman Tripp, Christchurch. She has been appointed as a representative of Issuers on the NZMDT.
