New Lists Of RTS Indices Constituents Available

For the period of September 15 – December 14, 2009 new constituent lists of RTS Indices approved by the RTS Information Committee will come into effect.

Ordinary shares of JSC "OGK-4" and OJSC "Company "M.video" will be transferred from the waiting list to replace ordinary shares of JSC Irkutskenergo and JSC "The Seventh Continent". Shares of JSC "The Seventh Continent" are excluded from the list of RTS Indices constituents because the issuer company has the smallest capitalization of all constituents, while shares of JSC Irkutskenergo are removed from the list due to the reduced liquidity.

RITEK ordinary shares will be taken off the RTS-2 Index list due to a significant decrease in the free-float causing the issuer’s capitalization employed in calculation of the RTS-2 Index to fall below the minimum level required.
On the constituent list of the RTS Index – Consumer & Retail ordinary shares of GUM will be replaced by ordinary shares of OJSC "DIXY GROUP".

Free-float coefficients and the number of shares employed in calculation of RTS Indices will remain unchanged.

As of September 15, 2009 waiting lists for securities to be included / excluded from RTS Indices will be updated to the following:

• New list of RTS Index constituents
• New list of RTS-2 Index constituents
• New lists of Sectoral Indices constituents
