New listing On Euronext: ARCHIMEDE & Cie S.A.

ARCHIMEDE & Cie S.A. was listed today on the Free Market of Euronext Brussels.

The IPO consisted of a total offering of 303,571 new shares, raising a total of EUR 1.27 million.

At the end of the first trading day, the share price closed at EUR 4.20 bringing the market capitalisation of the company at EUR 4.42 million.

With this new introduction, the Free Market of Euronext Brussels now lists 15 companies.

ARCHIMEDE & CIE is specialised in the creation of up-market and protective clothing for children from three months to eighteen years old. ARCHIMEDE’s basic “beachwear” collection has never stopped expanding and since 2005, ARCHIMEDE has developed a second season in its collections, with “Nightwear” and “Outwear.” The ARCHIMEDE range is marketed in more than 1,000 points of sale.
