The Market Coordination and Listings Committee considers that Grupo Antagón will meet the requirements for its incorporation into BME Scaleup. It is the tenth company to register a Market Initial Access Document (DIAM) in BME’s growth markets so far this year.
The company’s Board of Directors has taken as a reference for the start of share trading a price of 620 euros per share, which implies a total company valuation of 37.2 million euros.
The company’s Registered Adviser is Armabex Asesores Registrados.
