Ecoinmo Spaces SOCIMI is a listed real estate investment company (SOCIMI), subject to the special tax regime of Law 11/2009, dedicated to the acquisition, management, and leasing of urban real estate assets with roots in Granada and a presence in Madrid. Its portfolio, mostly tertiary—offices, retail units, and other uses—is selected for the structural solidity of its demand, with a disciplined yet flexible investment plan, open to new typologies. The Company seeks to create value for its shareholders through two complementary avenues: the generation of recurring rents and sustainable dividends, and the appreciation of assets through active management and orderly asset rotation, under strict profitability criteria. Among its assets, notable holdings include a significant position in the ownership of the Neptuno Shopping Center, assets in the Fórum Building, the Granada Business Center, and the O2 Building.
Ecoinmo Spaces SOCIMI’s Information Document is available on the BME Scaleup website, where all data related to the company and its business can be found.
