New Initial Prospectus For Ahorro Familiar SOCIMI’s Listing On BME Scaleup

The Market Coordination and Listings Committee considers that Ahorro Familiar SOCIMI will meet the requirements for its incorporation into BME Scaleup. It is the ninth company to file an Initial Market Access Document (DIAM) in BME’s growth markets so far this year.

The company’s Board of Directors has taken as a reference for the start of trading a price of 27,6 euros per share, which implies a total company value of 95,2 million euros.

The company’s Registered Advisor is Renta 4 Corporate.

Ahorro Familiar SOCIMI is a Spanish company under the SOCIMI regime specializing in the efficient management of income-producing real estate assets, with the aim of generating recurring and sustainable income and creating value in the medium and long term. The Company focuses its activity on the acquisition, holding, and management of properties in Spain and currently has a single asset: Prado Urban Business Park, an office complex located in Madrid.
