At the annual general meeting of Nordic Growth Market NGM AB (NGM), held on June 13, 2018, Patrick Otterström was elected as a member of the board of directors in Nordic Growth Market.
Mr. Otterström, born 1966, is a Director at Aurentor AB and has more than 25 years of experience as an investor, board member, senior executive, corporate financier, entrepreneur, deal maker and transformation adviser.
Åsa Kjellander, born 1965, was elected as a member of the board of directors in Nordic Growth Market at the annual general meeting in 2017 and was re-elected at the annual general meeting in 2018. Mrs. Kjellander is a lawyer, founder and partner of Kjellander & Ramel AB, specialized in securities and capital markets law.
The board of directors in Nordic Growth Market now consists of Dr. Michael Völter (chairman of the board), Dragan Radanovic, Åsa Kjellander and Patrick Otterström.
