Nasdaq has hired former head of Chi-X global, Tal Cohen, to run its equities business in North America.
In February Nasdaq completed the acquisition of Chi-X Canada. for an undisclosed amount. In January Chi-X Global Holdings announced that J.C. Flowers had entered into an agreement to acquire Chi-X Australia, Chi-X Japan and Chi-Tech Hong Kong.
